A revolutionary new way to deploy solar power.

Faster, Stronger and Cheaper.

We have spent the last 5 years, analyzing, and evaluating all traditional methods of deploying solar panels, in commercial & for utility scale projects.  With a view to invent and patent better Systems.

Our system is called ‘Solar Waves’. Much like ‘Lego’ our system is based on standardized components. PV panels and interlocking frames, that are pre-assembled in our factories & then unfurled on site in hours, not days.

By introducing full factory automation we can produce a much stronger product at significantly lower cost.

Made in Australia and the USA

Invented and Founded in Australia, we already started a collaboration and branch in the USA to be able to supply ‘Solar Waves’ worldwide.

Faster

We offer faster deployment options on wheels. Our arrays arrive in packs, that can be unfolded.

The rate of deployment can be as high as 2 Megawatt per day with a small team of 9.

Stronger

The ‘Solar Waves’ aluminum frame has been tested under a variety of circumstances in collaboration with the Australian Steel Institute.

The arrays are on both long ends equipped with an airfoil. This from an airplane wing derived detail reduces the impact of wind force on the array by 15%. It helped to certify ‘Solar Waves’ to withstand category 5 hurricanes or cyclones. ‘Solar Waves’ is suited for deployment in wind region D in Australia.

Cheaper

‘Solar Waves’ is based on a frame manufactured from recycled low-carbon aluminum.

All our solar arrays are pre-wired in the factory. There is no additional electrical work needed, while deploying the arrays on location.

Self-Cleaning

‘Solar Waves’ can be delivered with a self-cleaning system.

Rainwater is collected between the ridges on each array and pumped and sprayed out of the top ridge to clean the solar panels regularly and therefor guarantee peak performance at all time.

Sliding Assembly

The assembly and maintenance are based on slide-together aluminum extrusions. No S/S fixings, nuts, bolts, screws, or clamps are required.

Furthermore, maintaining the deployed solar array does not require tools and can be done in a time-efficient manner.

‘Solar Waves’ Solutions:

On Ground

The ‘Solar Waves’ ground mount offers fast deployment on wheels. Only an all-terrain forklift and a small crew, or even a typical 4WD vehicle and a small crew are enough for deployment.

No concrete footings required, due to our ‘Solar Waves’ footing system.

Mobile Arrays

Our mobile solution is meant to be deployed out of a shipping container, optionally equipped with all electrical equipment.

That makes the array moveable or re-deployable, without much effort. Ideal for mining, construction and many more sites.

Greenhouses

The ‘Solar Waves’ Greenhouses offer an all-in-one solution for hydroponic farming.

The ridges in the ‘Solar Waves’ roof collect rainwater, that is stored in water tanks acting as structural element. The water can be used to irrigate the crops.

Carports

‘Solar Waves’ Carports are delivered in a kit form and easy to set up. No heavy machinery required, thanks to an easy ground anchor system.

The roof is water tight and offers the opportunity for water collection, while the carport can be delivered with an EV charge station to charge electric vehicles without hassle at home.

EV Charging Station

Our ‘Solar Waves’ can be deployed on a structural space frame system, to allow EV charging underneath the formed roof.

The charging station can function completely off-grid, so it’s perfectly suited for remote locations. 4 cars can be charged simultaneously while the drivers can enjoy services.

Car Park Roofs

The roofs formed by ‘Solar Waves’ are also ideal to cover huge parking spaces.

The structural walls can be supplied with EV charging stations and offer also spaces for commercial advertising.

Cable-Stay

To be deployed over canals, ‘Solar Waves’ can be suspended in the air on a cable-pulley system.

That does not only allow the use of the space above water canals, it also prevents water from evaporation and saves additional resources this way.

On Water

By simply exchanging our footings by recycled plastic floats, ‘Solar Waves’ can be deployed on water.

The arrays move in harmony with the wave motion, the water provides additional cooling and valuable land is saved.

On Commercial Roofs

Using a forklift and a small crane, we can lift our arrays onto large commercial roofs.

For deployment, the ground footing is exchanged for an adhesive footing system.
